Here are the basics of my Faith.

• The Bible is the inerrant inspired Word of God (2Timothy 3:16-17).
• There is only one God and God has always been God (Isaiah 43:10 Isaiah 44:6 Isaiah 44:8 John 17:3 1Corinthians 8:5-6 Galatians 4:8-9 Psalm 90:2).
• God created the Heavens and Earth, God created all things (Genesis 1:1 Psalm 90:2 Isaiah 44:24).
• God is a Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit (2nd Corinthians 13:14 1st Peter 1:2 Acts 1:4-5).
• God is a Spirit who is everywhere, knows all things, is all powerful and Sovereign over all (John 4:24 1st John 3:20 Psalm 115:3 Jeremiah 23:23-24 Zechariah 9:14 1st Timothy 6:15-16).
• Adam and Eve existed and were real people (Genesis 3:20 Genesis 5:1 1Timothy 2:13).
• Death entered the world because of Adam’s sin of disobediance (Romans 5:12-15).
• Man is seperated from God by sin (Isaiah 59:1-2).
• Jesus the Christ is the Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit. Born of a virgin in the city of Bethlehem as prophecied by the Old Testament Prophets  (John 1:1 John 1:14 John 10:30-33 John 20:28 Colossians 2:9 Philippians 2:5-8 Hebrews 1:8 Matthew 1:20 Isaiah 7:14 Matthew 2:1,4-6 Micah 5:2).
• Jesus the Christ is God and he became a Man born of a Virgin (John 1:1 John 1:14 John 10:30-33 John 20:28 Colossians 2:9 Philippians 2:5-8 Hebrews 1:8 Psalm 90:2 Mark 1:24 Mark 3:11).
• Jesus the Christ was sinless (1st Peter 2:21-22).
• Jesus the Christ died for our sin, his sacrifice was a substitution for us (1st John 2:2 2nd Corinthians 5:14 1st Peter 2:23-24).
• Jesus the Christ rose from the tomb where he had been laid on the 3rd day (John 2:19-21 Matthew 28:2-6 Mark 16:5-6 Luke 24:4-8 John 20:6-17).
• Jesus the Christ is the only way to come to God the Father (John 14:6 Luke 10:22).
• Jesus the Christ appeared and showed himself to be alive for a period of forty days before returning to God the Father (John 20:15-17 Acts 1:7-10).
• The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4).
• We must be Baptized by the Holy Spirit (Matthew 3:11 Mark 1:8 Luke 11:13 John 3:5-6 John 7:39 Acts 1:4-5 Acts 2:33).
• The Holy Spirit counsels us (Mark 13:9-11 Luke 1:6 Luke 2:25-26 Luke 12:11-12 John 14:6 John 15:26).
• All people have sinned (Romans 5:12).
• Salvation is a free gift from God, it is His grace and mercy which redeems us (Romans 4:5 Romans 6:23 Ephesians 2:8-9).
• Those who reject Jesus the Christ will be sent to hell. Hell is a place of eternal punishment where Satan and the fallen angels will be condemned (Revelation 19:20 Revelation 20:10-15 Matthew 25:41,46 Revelation 21:8).
• Jesus the Christ will return visibly to Earth (Acts 1:10-11).
• The dead will be raised and there will be rapture when Jesus The Christ returns (1st Thesselonians 4:14-17).
• There will be a final judgment (2nd Peter 3:7 Revelation 20:10-15).
• There will be a new Heaven and a new Earth  (2nd Peter 3:13 Revelation 21:1).
